Cancellation Policy
At Maharaja Tours and Travels, we understand that plans can change. We strive to make our cancellation process as simple and customer-friendly as possible for all our riders in Pune and PCMC.
Outstation & Tour Packages
- Free Cancellation: Valid up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may attract a partial charge, typically the base fare of the first day or booking amount.

No-Show Policy & Charges
If the vehicle arrives at the pickup location and you are not available (no-show), or if you cancel after the vehicle has reached, full cancellation charges or the base trip amount will apply. We recommend informing us as soon as possible to avoid these penalties.

Local & Airport Rides
- Free Cancellation: Valid up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellation: For cancellations within 4 hours, a minimum convenience fee or cancellation charge will apply.
