1. When are Refunds Applicable?
- Cancellation: For prepaid bookings cancelled within the valid cancellation window.
- Service Issues: In the rare event of verified service discrepancies or failures.
- Overcharges: Any corrections needed due to payment processing errors or overcharge corrections.
2. Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved and processed by our accounts team, it typically takes 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
3. How Refunds are Processed
To ensure security, refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method used during booking. Alternatively, for specific cases, we can facilitate refunds via Bank Transfer or UPI upon verification of account ownership.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain flat-rate fees incurred during the booking or travel process are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to toll taxes, state permits, and already incurred parking charges. Booking convenience fees or small administrative charges may also be non-refundable.
