Welcome to Maharaja Tours and Travels. These terms govern your use of our cab and travel services in Pune, PCMC, and across India. By booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with these guidelines.
1. Scope of Service
Maharaja Tours and Travels provides a variety of transportation options, including local city rides within Pune and PCMC, airport transfers, outstation one-way or round trips, and customized tour packages. While we strive for availability 24/7, bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of confirmation.
2. Booking and Pickup
Customers must provide accurate pickup locations, contact numbers, and scheduled times. It is the passenger's responsibility to report any changes to the booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point; beyond this, waiting charges may apply or the booking may be treated as a no-show.
3. Delays and Responsibilities
While we prioritize punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme traffic, roadblocks, mechanical failure, or force majeure events. For airport transfers, we recommend booking with sufficient buffer time to account for potential delays on the road.
4. Luggage and Passenger Conduct
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle type booked. Maharaja Tours and Travels is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Passengers are expected to maintain décorum; smoking, drinking alcohol, or any illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if safety is compromised.
5. Safety First
Passenger safety is our top priority. Our vehicles are regularly inspected, and our drivers are professionally trained. Passengers must use seatbelts where available and must not distract the driver during the journey.
6. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe), or Bank Transfer. Outstation trips require an advance payment at the start, with the balance cleared upon completion. Tolls, parking fees, and state taxes are extra and must be paid by the customer unless explicitly included in a specific package.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the refund of the booking amount in case of a verified service failure. We are not responsible for consequential losses, missed flights, or personal injuries occurring during transit.
