Payment & Cancellation FAQ

For outstation and long trips, a small advance payment is required to confirm your cab. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver during or after your journey.

Booking Cancellations

We offer FREE cancellation if done 24 HOURS before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a small service fee to compensate the driver.
